We work with a limited number of clients at a time, so every project gets the attention it deserves.

THE PROCESS

We start with a complimentary 20-minute call. We’ll discuss what you’re looking for, what isn’t working and what you want to achieve. This also gives us a chance to see if we’re the right fit.

Before we start, we need to understand you: your lifestyle, preferences and the image you want to project. You’ll receive a little homework beforehand to help us make the most of our time together.

Depending on the service, this is where we get to work — reviewing your wardrobe, developing your style, shopping for the right pieces or creating outfits and combinations that work for you. We tailor the process to what you actually need.

And because real life doesn’t stop after a styling session, some services include follow-up support, so you can come back with questions, new purchases or an outfit you’re not quite sure about

HOUSE RULES FOR IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS:

travel costs up to 40 km from Amsterdam are included. Only 0,35 cents per km over (with return). Parking is fully billed. We're happy to use your guest permit.
pre-payment of 100-, euro is required for all in-person services
cancellations within 48 hours will not be reimbursed
free re-scheduling no later than 48 hours up to two times, but if something serious comes up, we understand
payment through Tikkie immediately after the session, and an official invoice available upon request
prices include VAT for individuals, exclude VAT for businesses. Image advice is deductible.
we are available on the weekends and evenings but full is full. Please note we add 10% on the weekend bill.
unless otherwise agreed, the service is one-on-one, contact us if you'd like someone else to join
no filming, or sharing of the content is allowed
to reach optimal results we strongly recommend you trust our expertise and commit to the process and the deadlines
price is rounded up by half an hour: if we spend 2 hours 15 minutes, you will be billed 2 hours 30 mins

50% pre-payment is required upon booking
cancellations up to 48 hours will not be reimbursed

payment by Tikkie or SEPA bank transfer on the day of the service, official invoice available upon request
virtual styling is usually available on workdays only, contact us for possibilities

depending on the service, we use Zoom, WhatsApp or Facetime. Desktop computers are sometimes required.
